The Fruit Garden, Ltd. is a small family farm that specializes in growing buckwheat as a staple food.
For the second year it has been bringing to the market light, unroasted buckwheat, which differs from the dark brown foreign version by gentle processing without the use of fertilizers or sprays. The mechanical removal of the husk preserves all the vitamins and minerals, especially rutin, which has a positive effect on strengthening blood vessels and preventing civilisation diseases.
The farm offers buckwheat in various forms such as grain, semolina, porridge, flour, pasta and tea. In addition, they produce relaxing buckwheat cushions in three sizes and grow medicinal herbs such as burdock and calendula.
